1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please do not accept tampered packages.
  • A tracking number/ID will be emailed once your order leaves the warehouse, you can track your order by clicking here.

2. Returns for Orders Shipped Within India

We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your order isn’t quite what you expected—whether damaged, incorrect, or just not the right fit—you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact, including Tag Loops.
  • If a Tag Loop is removed or tampered with, the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Website.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are non-returnable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
- Clothes
- Jewellery

3. Easy Domestic Returns & Exchanges

We offer free reverse pickup for all eligible returns.

Registered Account Users:

  • Log into vimokana.com
  • Go to My Orders > View Details > Request Return
  • Select item(s), choose the reason, confirm product condition, and choose your refund method
  • A Return ID and courier name will be provided for the pickup

Guest Users:

  • Visit our Order Tracker on the website
  • Enter your order details to request a return following the same process

Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded to a bank account (ensure accurate details)
  • Gift vouchers: Issued for valid returns and remain valid for 12 months (non-extendable)

Your return will be picked up within 3–4 business days of request. You can verify the Return ID with the courier upon pickup.

4. How to Prepare Your Return

  • Circle the returned item(s) on a copy of your invoice.
  • Pack the product(s) securely in the original delivery package.
  • Include the invoice inside the package.
  • Ensure tags and packaging are intact, and the item is unused.
  • Hand over the parcel to the courier.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. For disputed cases (e.g., wrong or incomplete returns), resolution may take up to 7 working days.

5. In-Store Exchanges

Prefer to try a new style or size in person?

You can exchange your item at any Vimokana exclusive store within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please Carry:

  • The original invoice
  • The unused item(s) with original packaging and tags

If your newly selected item exceeds the value of your original order, the price difference will be payable at the store.
